    If above methods fail, you can try to enable NET framework 3.5 manually by using DISM command. However, You will need a windows installation media to do this. Here are the instructions:

    • Open Command Prompt as administrator. You can open start menu, type cmd, right click on Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.
    • Then, Run the following commands and hit enter for each.

    Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source:<DRIVE>:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess

    dism /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Note: Don’t forget to replace <Drive> with your drive letter.

    5. Try This One:

    If you still getting the error while installing .NET framework 3.5, you should delete or rename software distribution folder. Then, Restart your PC. After that, Run the following command as administrator.

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

    Now, Try to install .NET framework from Programs & Feature. I hope it will solve your problem.
