- Open Command Prompt by right-clicking in the lower left corner of the screen.
- Type powercfg /batteryreport and press enter the Command prompt.
- You will notice a message to let you know that a HTML file was saved to user folders.
- Go to user folder and find the Battery Report file.
- Double click on that and it will open in your browser.
