When you read the term of “Positive Thinking”, do you think that we actually understand that term? Or just pretending to understand it? The only problem is many of us think that we know what positive thinking is. Because a lot of peoples are practicing having aspiration rather than positive thinking. 1. Meditate Daily
Why should we meditate daily? By meditating, you begin to understand yourself better and start to form self-awareness you never had before. Pick a specific time everyday to trigger the effects of meditation to feel calm and relaxed. And you will realize that you will start to have positive thoughts for everything that happens because you release your stress by meditating.

2. Be grateful
Learn to be grateful of you have in your life. It will help you a lot. Do not compare yourself with others. You are unique and there must be something about you that no one has. Think positive! You will feel grateful for that. And, stop over thinking! Do not spend your time worrying about others. You better off improving yourself. Positive thinking is primly about what happens to you and only you. Believe that everything that happens to you is destined by God and has a particular reason. Have faith.
3. Be Kind to Unlock Positive Thinking
Be kind to others – People, animals, plants by treating them well or protecting them from harm. Being kind will generate positive feelings for you. It is a win-win situation to everybody. Being a good person makes you become more positive. Be kind with your past, without them you would never learn your mistake. And the past helps you to avoid making the same mistakes over and over again.
4. Let bygones be bygones
Sometimes it’s too hard to give forgiveness to someone for what they had done to us from the past. We might think that forgiving people may be not worth it because the mistake may repeat again so we may be afraid to do so. But, once you done it, it will allow you to move on from your mistake and so will others. Happiness and positive thinking cannot be achieved or improved if we are holding on to what happened in the past. Forget about awful things that have happened in the past and move on to more important things.
